Founder of Write Minds, Hayley Green, launched a competition to generate content for an anthology of poetry to raise awareness of the issues around suicide and self-harm. Costs were funded by Arts Council England. Hayley edited the anthology and Big White Shed arranged the type set, layout and proofing. Robert Lever provided the art work and cover design at a reduced rate in return for some writing or blogging for future projects from Hayley.

The launch was organised by Hayley and hosted at Das Kino, Nottingham. The event showcased most of the poets included in the anthology as well as some of the writers involved in the Write Minds project.
