The one about...
The One About... is a book of poetry written in a very specific style. It leads the readers through a journey, noticing small occurrences helping them find beauty, connections and links.

Akor approached us to publish his poetry book. He had very strong ideas for the design and as a photographer works with design software, so he chose to design and type set the book (this was a steep learning curve as although he uses Photoshop, InDesign was new to him).

Anne worked with Akor on the editing of the poems and the best way to present them. Plans for a hard back version were put on hold due to budget. The resulting paperback is a great success.
Akor launched his book at Lee Rosy in Nottingham on November 17th 2017 as part of an evening of poetry including performances from his fellow poets. The evening was entitled Three Hats.

Lee Rosy, which has since closed its doors, was a regular haunt for poets and writers in central Nottingham, and is very much missed by all.
